Our delivery drivers are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your building’s placement and set up. We carry a unique piece of equipment, called a Mule, on each truck. The Mule is a maneuverable, forklift device to help place your new storage building into tight locations. A mule also minimizes damage to your yard, leaving tracks similar to those of a large mower.
Not required, but we recommend a crushed limestone gravel pad for your structures foundation. The placement of your structure needs to be within 6 inches level from corner to corner. If you lay a pad it should be installed in minimum of 2 feet wider and 3 feet longer than your structure. We recommend the limestone gravel be 4-6 inches thick. If your spot is uneven it could create the need for additional time and or additional setting by our delivery drivers. In this scenario there could be additional charges.
